摘　　要：就国家重点学科专业实验室科学管理的必要性 ,科学管理的内容及措施 ,实行科学管理的成效进行了探讨。The necessity, contents and measures of normalized management for the state key laboratories of crucial discipline were discussed. The outcomes and effectiveness resulted from the normalized management in Color Science and Engineering Laboratory were presented for an example.
