摘　　要：合同具有法律约束力 ,是招标项目执行实施的基本依据 ,在招标工作中占有很重要地位。本文结合该校实践对签订招标合同应注意的几个问题提出相应对策 ,以提高合同质量履约率 ,维护学校利益 ,提高投资效益。Contract plays an important role in submitting public bids. It provides foundation for the bidding programme with its lawful binding force. In the light of our practice, we'll mention some points with corresponding countermeasures in contract conclusion in order to guarantee the quality and ensure the implementation of the contract. Thus we can improve the imvestment benefit and safeguard the interests of our university.
