摘　　要：本文主要介绍了基于Web的远程教育系统──MNES多媒体网络教育站的设计思想，构造一个适合于二十一世纪教育发展要求的现代化教学环境模型，并给出了部分实现方法。：This article mainly introduced the designing idea of the web－based distance education system--MNES multi－media web－based education system． It constitutes a modern teaching environment format in accordance with the requirements of education development in the 21st century．
