摘　　要：普通话水平测试工作具有法定地位,属于政府行为,是全国性推普工作中一个关键性和不可缺少的主要环节。高师院校的普通话水平测试工作具有高度的科学性和严肃性,同时它是检验高师院校普通话口语教学,正确引导和评价普通话口语教学,推动口语课教学与科研的重要途径。Putonghua standard check has legal position and is the government act and has become a major critical and indispensable link of national spread of putonghua. Putonghua standard check in higher teachers colleges and universities is the national grade and has high scientificalness and seriousness and moreover it examines the teaching of putonghua spoken language in higher teachers colleges and universities, correctly revising, guiding and evaluating the teaching of putonghua spoken language, thus promoting the teaching and research of spoken language course. Higher teachers colleges and universities must, in large work practice, gradually accumulate experiences, sum up achievements, find out deficiencies, regard the principle spreading putonghua in the new period as their own responsibility, adopt powerful measures and make mental preparations of common work to make great efforts to make putonghua spread get into a new stage.
