摘 要:以马传贫驴白细胞弱毒和驴强毒分别接种培养细胞和试验动物 ,分别在体外和体内条件下 ,对病毒的各种转录产物进行克隆和序列分析。通过与病毒基因组的序列进行比较 ,用实验的方法绘制出了两株病毒在相应试验条件下的转录图谱 ,确定了各拼接产物的外显子构成以及拼接供体和拼接受体位点的具体位置。发现两种病毒在外显子 3的上游拼接受体位点 (SA2 )的位置与已报道的EIAV毒株均不相同 。Donkey leukocyte attenuated EIAV and donkey adapted EIAV were inoculated into the donkey primary macrophage culture and a healthy donkey respectively,transcription products of the two virus strains were analyzed in vitro and in vivo By comparing the sequences of the genomes of these transcripts,transcription maps of the viruses were determined The exons of these transcripts and the positions of these exons in corresponding genomes were also determined by experiments in this study The positions of 3' splicing acceptor of exon 3(SA2)of these two strains were different from other strains reported previously The splicing signals were also unique in reported EIAV strains Because of the significance of the splicing event in the replication of the virus,it suggested these characters might correlate to the biological divergence of the two viruses
