摘　　要：目的　评价全营养素 - 5Fu治疗对胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者围手术期免疫状态的影响。方法　 78例患者随机分为全营养素 5 Fu组 :给予能全素 5 Fu治疗 ;单纯化疗组 :给予 5 Fu治疗 ;对照组 :围手术期内不予化疗与免疫治疗。三组分别测定围手术期各阶段T细胞亚群与NKCC值。结果　各组治疗前CD3 、CD4 、CD4 /CD8、NKCC值均有明显下降 ,应用全营养素 5 Fu后 ,上述数值均明显升高 ,单纯化疗者则明显下降。结论　全营养素 5 Fu治疗既可抑制肿瘤的生长 ,又可改善患者的营养不良状况与免疫功能。Objective To evaluate the effect of total-nutrition-5Fu on immunity of perioperative patients with gastrointestinal cancer.Methods 78 cases were equally randomized into three groups.(1)Total-nutrition-5-Fu group:the patients were treated with nutrition-5-Fu.(2)Chemotherapy group:the subjects were given 5-Fu solely.(3)Contrast group:they were not given the chemotherapy or immunotherapy during the perioperation.The levels of CD_3?CD_4?CD_8 and NKCC were determined in all the cases.Results Most patients′ CD_3,CD_4,CD_4/CD_8 and NKCC were obviously decreased,but the general condition clearly improved by giving total-nutrition-5-Fu.On the contrary,the levels of CD_3,CD_4,CD_4/CD_8 and NKCC declined further after the patients were given chemotherapy alone.Conclusion Not only can total-nutrition-5-Fu control the development of the tumour,but aslo can improve the patients′ conditions of nutrition and immune functions.
