磁处理水对贻贝棘尾虫(Stylonychia mytilus)衰老无性系抗氧化能力的影响

摘  要:将贻贝棘尾虫衰老无性系(分裂2000代以上)随机分成两组:一组在经H型强场磁化杯磁处理的无机液中培养;另一组做为对照组,在不经磁处理的无机培养液中培养。在喂食、温度等其他条件一致的情况下培养三个月,分别测定两组消除·OH自由基、O2-自由基能力、脂质过氧化程度及脂褐素含量。结果表明,经磁处理的贻贝棘尾虫衰老无性系,其消除·OH自由基、O2-自由基能力(P<0.01)显著高于对照组,脂质过氧化程度(P<0.05)、脂褐素含量(P<0.01)显著低于对照组。根据Harmann(1956)的衰老自由基学说,本文从增强抗氧化能力的角度上证实了磁处理水在保持细胞活力和延缓细胞衰老方面的作用。The asexual clone of aged S. m. (over 2000 fissions) are divided randomly into two groups, one is trained in the inorganic culture solution magnetized in the H - type magnetized drinking water cup, the other is only trained in the inorganic culture solution without being magnetized as contrast. After being trained for three months on the same conditions such as feeding, temperaure,the capacities of scavenging the superoxide free radical (O2) and the hydroxyl radical (OH) and the level of lipid peroxidation and the contents of FAP are determined in the two groups. The results indicate that the capacities of scavenging the free O2 radical and free' OH radical (P <0.01 ) the higher and the level of lipid peroxidaion (P<0.05) and the content of FAN (P<0.01) are lower ing the aged S. m. trained in the culture solution magnetized than those in the contrast group, according to the free radical theory of aging of D. Harman (1956). These results confirm the effect of magnet - treated water on keeping the cells healthy and delaying their aging.
