摘　　要：为探讨Ｐ５３基因与视网膜母细胞瘤（Ｒｂ）发病的关系，应用免疫组化法检测了４９例Ｒｂ患儿肿瘤组织　　　　　　中Ｐ５３基因蛋白的表达状况，并与正常视网膜组织进行对照。结果显示，正常视网膜及Ｒｂ组织中均无Ｐ５３阳性染　　　　　　色。提示Ｐ５３基因突变与人类原发性Ｒｂ的发病无关。In order to study the role of P53gene in the tumorigenesis of retinoblastoma (Rb), StreptAvidin- Biotin-Enzyme Complex (SABC)immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expressions of P53 gene protein in 49 cases of Rb tumor,which was compared with normal retina. Result showed that there was no any positive staining of P53 gene protein in both normal retina and Rb. This result suggests that the mutation of P53 gene is not correlated with the occurring of human primary Rb.
