摘　　要：功能性低聚糖在食品、医药、饮料添加剂以及植物保护方面 ,都有广阔的应用前景 ,已经引起国内外学术界和企业界的关注。The applied prospect of functional oligosaccharide is widely in foods,medicines,drinks,additives and plant protection as well,which has brought to the attention of internal and extemal academic and business circles.The production p rocess of extracting oligosaccharide from used liquid of producing bean protein with separating technology by film,and the influence factors on separating are described t o the point in this article.
