摘　　要：提出了拟次正定矩阵的概念 ,研究了它的基本性质 ,取得了许多新的结果 ,将实对称正定阵的Schur定理、华罗庚定理、Openheim不等式拓广到了拟次正定阵上 。The concept of quasi positive sub-definite matrix is giv en.Its basic properties have been discussed.A lot of new results have been obtai ned.The Schur's theorem of symmetric positive definite matrix,Hua Luo-geng theor em and Openheim inequality are generaliged and applied to quasi positive subdefi nite matrix,and the various kinds of positive subdefinite matrix have been unifi ed.
