摘　　要：文章根据上海市计算机应用能力考核这一非学历教育项目的开展情况,总结出非学历教育的基本经验,即项目选题的前瞻性、组织机构的权威性、项目定位的科学性、内容设计的实用性、考核方式的先进性、组织形式的社会性和项目开发的持续性。Based on the project of examinations for computer application capacities in Shanghai, the paper has worked out the essential experiences. That is, foreseen insight in project choice, authority in institutional organization, scientific feature in working planning, practical effects in content design, advantage in examination methods, social feature in organizational forms, and continuity in project development.
