摘　　要：随着社会的进步和科学的发展 ,体育教师应不断地自我完善 ,加强理论学习 ,提高工作能力 ,增强创新意识 ,以适应时代的发展 。With the social progress and the scientific development, a P.E. teacher should improve himself gradually, intense the study of theories, improve working abilities, and strengthen the innovatory ideology. In this way he can keep up with the times and cultivate qualified persons.
