摘　　要：从现代机械工程本科教育人才培养模式的研究与实践出发 ,阐明了面向 2 1世纪机械工程本科教育的人才培养目标和规格 ,提出了由理论教学体系、实践教学体系、学生社团工作。Through the research and practice on the cultivation o f modern mechanical engineering undergraduate personnel, the author enunciates t he training goal and nominalization of mechanical engineering undergraduate per sonnel towards 21st century, and shows the way to realize the training goal and the nominalization of personnel, which is composed of theory of teaching system, practice teaching system, sutdents' society, evaluating system of students and other necessary measures.
