摘　　要：提出了脲包 -皂化反应去除脱臭馏出物中的豆油脂肪酸和甾醇 ,提取生育酚浓缩物的含量可达 48.8%、回收率可达 86 .1% ,而且提取的生育酚的抗氧化活性很高 .Extraction of tocopherols from soybean oil deodorizer distillate and their antioxidant effects were studied. Urea inclusion and saponification were applied to this process. It was discovered that the extracts not only had high content of tocopherols(48.8%) and high antioxidant activity but also had high rate of recovery(86.1%).
