摘　　要：本文采用十二烷基硫酸钠－聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ）的方法分离恶性肿瘤患者外周血清蛋白，分离胶为１０％，浓缩胶为４％，血清样品１∶６稀释，得到条带清晰、重复性好的电泳图谱。This paper report a method for separating serum proteins from cancer patients by SDS-PAGE,The clear clect-rophoresis pattern was obtained under the condition of 10% running gel,4% stacking gel,and 1∶6 dilution of serum sample.The electrophoresis pattern showed the difference between cancer patients and normal human serum.It was developed to monitor some proteins which be could released from dying cancer cells in a soluble form.
