摘  要:被称为“第四媒体”的互联网的出现 ,给传统宣传媒体带来了一场新的革命。它给高校宣传思想工作提供了广阔的空间和崭新的手段 ,也给高校宣传思想工作带来了挑战 :互联网在信息技术上的互动性、超链接、匿名性、灵活性等特点增加了宣传思想工作的不可控性 ;网上信息内容良莠并存、真伪难辨 ;网络信息监控存在难题 ,网络信息管理的制度建设乏力。The emergence of Internet, which is called the fourth medium, brings another revolution to traditional mass media and challenges to propaganda and ideological work at colleges and universities but offers them a wide space and new methods. Internet's interaction, super link, anonymity and flexibility in information technology lead to uncontrollability of propaganda and ideological work. Internet information is perfect but perhaps bad and it is hard to tell the truth from the false, so there are difficulties in Internet information supervision and the regulations for Internet information management have not been well established yet. In this paper, development of propaganda and ideological work on Internet based on the characteristics of colleges and universities is discussed.
