摘　　要：组织记忆对组织的发展存在着推动或阻碍的可能 ,因此有必要研究组织记忆的演变规律及其对组织发展的影响 ,本文研究了文化导向组织记忆向技术与业务导向组织记忆的辐射效应。Organizational memory can promote or hinder the development of organization. So,it is necessary to study the evolvement of organizational memory and its influence to the development of organization. This paper studies the radiant effect of organizational memory from cultural-oriented to technical-operational-oriented.
