摘  要:根据黄牛骨粉中无机盐的测定结果 ,骨粉中含钙 2 3 .3 %、磷 9.2 1 %、并含有 1 4种微量元素用大白鼠对骨粉中钙的生物利用率测定 ,其生长发育 ,生化指标、股骨钙储留率均优于无机钙。By determining minerals of cattle's bone powder, we found 14 minerals essential to human health in the bone powder. Of them, content of calcium was 23.3%, content of phosphate 9.21%. There were also 14 trace elements in the powder. Meanwhile bio-utilization of calcium was also examined in rats. The results showed that organic calcium was better than inorganic one in terms of some variables of bio-utilization such as growth-development, biochemical index and calcium storage of bone.
