泛酸钙对全饥饿大鼠脑ATPase、LDH、乳酸的影响

摘  要:目的 : 探讨泛酸钙对全饥饿大鼠脑能量代谢和脑功能密切相关的酶的影响 ,为研制延长饥饿人群的耐受时间及保护脑功能的营养剂提供理论依据。方法 :以饥饿SD大鼠为模型 ,灌胃补充泛酸钙 12 5mg·kg- 1·d- 1,观察大鼠饥饿后不同时期脑Na+ ,K+ -ATPase、CA2 + -ATPase、和乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)活性以及乳酸含量的变化。结果 :Ca2 + -ATPase活性在饥饿过程呈进行性降低 ,Na+ ,K+ -ATPase活性在饥饿 4d时降低最为明显 ,7、9d后逐渐升高 ,但经泛酸钙补充的饥饿大鼠脑中两酶活性维持在较为稳定的水平 ,全饥饿组与补充泛酸钙组的LDH活性在饥饿过程呈下降趋势 ,而乳酸含量呈上升趋势 ,但两组间无明显差异。结论 :泛酸钙可使饥饿大鼠脑Na+ ,K+ -ATPase、Ca2 + -ATPase活性维持在较为恒定水平 ,其作用机制可能与保护脑功能有关。Objective:To study the effect of pantothenic calcium on the enzymes closely related to brain energy metabolism and cerebral function in starved rats so as to provide theoretical basis for studying a nutritional substance to prolong starved tolerance and to protect cerebral function in starved population.Methods:Pantothenic calcium(125 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ) was given to starved SD rats by gastric gavage.Activities of Na +,K +-ATPase,Ca 2+ -ATPase and LDH as well as lactic acid content in rat brain at different fasting periods were examined..Results:Ca 2+ -ATPase activity of the starved rats decreased progressively after fasting;Na +,K +-ATPase activity reduced markedly on the 4 th day of fasting, then gradually increased on the 7 th and 9 th day.However,the activity of both enzymes in starved rats supplemented with pantothenic calcium kept relatively constant.The activity of LDH in both starved and supplemented groups revealed a falling trend whereas lactic acid content a rising trend,but no significant difference between both groups.Conclusion:Patothenic calcium could maintain the activities of Na +,K +-ATPase and Ca 2+ -ATPase at relatively constant level,its role may be related to protecting brain function.
