摘　　要：介绍了针对少年儿童促进生长发育类的营养保健油 ,并介绍了该产品药食同源药材的配方及最终功能学、免疫调节作用及毒性和安全性等方面的检验结果。The health edible oil for the teenage was introduced in this paper,and the function of the Chinese medicines chosen for the oil were studied,those Chinese medicine are traditional foods and at the same time are used as medicine.The function test and immune effect of the prepared product were also studied in the paper.
