摘　　要：加入ＷＴＯ后，我国经济将受到很大影响。教育作为服务行业之一，面临更严峻的挑战。由于长期受计划经济体制的影响，各类教育机构存在着因管理粗放带来的教育质量和效益不高等问题。如何将国际标准化管理引入教育领域，稳步提高教育质量和效益，面对日趋激烈的国际化竞争主动迎接挑战，是教育行业或　　业面临的重大课题。After entering WTO, Chinese economy will stand a tremendous influence. Education will meet a series challenge. Owing to the influence of the plan economic system, all kinds of educational organizations have different problems about quality and efficiency by rough management. This article approaches how to put the international standardized administration into educational fields, how to improve the quality and efficiency and how to meet the international challenge.
