摘  要:基于亚硝酸盐与盐酸间苯二胺发生重氮化偶联反应,生成环偶氮化合物。建立了一种简单、快速、稳定、灵敏、准确、选择性好,测定衡量亚硝酸盐的新方法。本方法的灵敏度为0.001μg/ml。测定亚硝酸盐的线性范围为0.002-0.5μg/ml,能满足水和食品中痕量亚硝酸盐的测定。Based on diazo-coupling reactions between nitrite and m-phenylenediamin hydrochloride then form dzoic compound.A New method for determin trace nitrite has been studied and introduced here .This method is simple,quick and accurate and has high sensitivity and high selectivity. The sensitivity of the way is 0.001ug/ml. The linear range for determination is0. 002 - 0. 5ug/ml for nitrite. Now, it has been used to determined trace nitrite in water and food sample.
