摘　　要：仪器设备管理是一个涉及面广、环节多、关联密切、管理内容和方法处于动态和发展的系统工程。它包括制订计划 -计划论证 -设备采购 -验收入帐 -日常管理 -报废出帐等相互关联的内容。要用全面。The management of university instrument and equipment, whose content and method of management are dynamic and developing, is a wide ranged systematic engineering with multiple links and close connection. It involves relative contents including plan making and demonstrating, equipment purchasing, checking and account entering, equipment daily managing, discarding and expenditure account entering, etc. Therefore, we should use a total, systematic and scientific method to do it well.
