略论高校青年教师师德师风

摘　　要：本文从师德师风问题到本质上是教师职业道德问题出发 ,本文从教师职业特点、青年教师职业行为特点等多方面 ,深入探讨了高校青年教师师德师风现状的深层原因 ,进而简要提出了一些对策 ,以利于促进高校青年教师师德师风进一步提高。This paper approches and analyzes the conception of the teachers morality and style.It inquires into the reasons for the situations of the teacher's morality and style. Furthermore, it briefly puts forward some countemeasares.it is useful for the promoting of the entance on teacheis moralityand style.
