摘　　要：应用文献 [1 ]推导出的球谐系数与椭球谐系数的转换关系 。In this paper we derivate the integral solution of Neumann boundary value problem under ellipsoidal boundary, apply to the transformation between spherical harmonic coefficients and ellipsoid harmonic coefficients given by reference article .
