摘　　要：基于最大秩距离码 ,提出了一种新的 Stern方案 ,讨论了它的安全性 ,证明了通过参数的适当选取 ,此基于最大秩距离码的Based on maximum rank distance codes, a new kind of Stern scheme is proposed in this paper, security of this scheme is discussed and it is proved that this scheme is secure when the parameters are selected properly .
