摘　　要：建立了DNA对meso 四 (对 三四胺基苯基 )卟啉荧光定量猝灭的体系 ,研究了卟啉的特征荧光谱以及pH值、DNA变性时间和紫外光对体系荧光强度的影响 ,建立了一种定量检测DNA的方法。该方法线性范围为0～ 5ug/ml,检出限为 0 717ug/ml,相关系数为 0 993。A system of meso 4 (para aminobenzoic) prophyrins fluorescent quantitative quenching has been established and the characteristic fluorescence spectra of porphyrins, its pH value, DNA modification time and ultraviolet effect on strength of fluorescence have been studied. In this way a method of DNA quantitative test was developed. The application linear range is 0～5ug/ml and the test limitation and relative coefficient is 0 717ug/ml and 0 993 respectively.
