摘　　要：采用紫外线和微波处理黑曲霉 (Aspergillusniger)孢子 ,获得 1株比出发菌株果胶酶产生能力提高 2倍的突变株 35 0 2 ;在用正交试验优选而得的最佳固体发酵条件下 ,酶活力达 2The spores of Aspergillus niger were treated by ultraviolet and microwave.One mutant strain 3502 was obtained,and the pectinase yield of the strain was two times higher than that of the original strain.Under the best conditions of solid fermentation by orthogonal test,the activity of the enzyme reached 2 644.
