摘 要:利用骨明胶 十二烷基硫酸钠 (SDS)复配体系 ,研究了时间、温度和pH值对复配体系表面活性的影响规律。结果表明时间 2h ,温度 50℃ ,pH =6 9左右时 ,复配体系的表面张力最低 ;时间 3h ,温度 50℃ ,pH =5 5左右时 ,复配体系的起泡力、乳化力较好 ;时间 2h ,温度 60℃左右 ,pH =7 0时 ,体系的起泡力、乳化力最低 ;时间 2h ,温度 50℃ ,pH =8 5左右时 。The effects of compounding time temperature and pH value on bone gelatin-SDS(sodium dodecyl sulfate) system were characterized by measuring the surface activities of aqueous solution. The results showed that the surface tension was lowest when pH value was 6.9 under 50°C for 2 h; the foaming capacity and the emulsifying ability were very good when pH value was 5.5 under 50°C for 3h; the foaming capacity and the emulsifying ability were worst when pH value was 7.0 under 60°C for 2h; the foaming capacity was best when pH value was 8.5 under 50°C for 2 h.
