摘　　要：目的　建立复方醋酸钠注射液细菌内毒素检测法。方法　根据中国药典 1995年版二部收载的细菌内毒素检查法的要求 ,进行干扰试验 ,灵敏度复核。结果　用灵敏度 0 5Eu·ml-1的鲎试剂检测复方醋酸钠注射液的细菌内毒素无干扰作用 ,是有效可行的。AIM To establish the endltoxin test method of compound sodium acetate injection. METHODS According to the demand for bacteria endotoxin test method in pharmcopocia of the peoples republic of china(1995), try the test of checking on sensitivity and interterence test. CONCLUSION Using TAL of 0 5 Eu·ml -1 sensitivity, we can check compund sodium acetate injection directly.
