摘　　要：目的 :探寻一个理想的阿尔茨海默病 (AD)的动物模型。方法 :用 β -淀粉样蛋白 (β -AP)作海马立体定向注射 ,采用刚果红、硝酸银等染色方法 ,进行观察。结果 :观察到了 β -淀粉样沉淀 ,神经纤维断裂、扭曲等病理变化。结论 :海马内注射 β -淀粉样蛋白能够部分地模拟AD某些病理改变。Objective:To clarify a satisfied animal modern.Methods:After sterotaxis injection into hippocampus with amyloid betaprotein,we evaluated the specimen by means of congo red staining and nitric acid silver staining.Result:We observe some pathological change,such as,nerve fiber fracture,amyloid beta-protein sediment.Conclusion:The injection into hippocampus with amyloid beta-protein can imitate partly some pathological change of Aliheimer's disease.
