摘　　要：治理秘书腐败的一个基本途径是实现秘书职业化。秘书职业化是一个体系 ,在体系内部通过相关制度 ,严格规范工作程序和秘书权力的运作 ,实现科学化管理 ,形成一个有效的良性运行的机制 ,从而避免秘书的权力腐败。在体系外部要融入社会大系统中 ,建立和谐的社会整合机制和创造良好的社会环境 。A fundamental way to harness secretary corruption is to realize secretary professionalism. Secretary professionalism is a system, inside which secretary power corruption is avoided due to an effective well operated mechanism formed by standard operations of working procedure and secretary power which in together contribute to scientific management through relevant policies. Outside the system the efficient operation of secretary professionalism can be guaranteed primarily by harmonizing with the large social system to set up a compatible social conformity mechanism and a favorable social environment.
