摘　　要：详细阐述了电子鼻技术的基本原理 ,介绍了它的研究历史、应用现状与发展趋势 ,指出了这门信息新技术实现过程中需要解决的问题 ,重点展望了它在香料香精、卷烟。The basic principles of electronic noses are went into details,their history, state of the art work and future development are introduced,some unsolved problems are pointed out in their applications.Furthermore,their widely application prospects in qualitatively evaluating the odor qualities of performs, cigarettes,alcoholic drinks as well as other aromatic materials in light industry are elaborated with an emphasis on.
