加强高校职教师资专业道德教育途径初探

摘　　要：随着“入世”在即 ,中国职业教育面临巨大的发展机遇 ,职教师资的现状远远不能适应。然而 ,由于受市场经济条件下利益观念的影响 ,专业思想不稳定是导致职教师资专业毕业生流失的主要原因 ,如何开展专业道德教育是职教师资专业学生“热爱职教 ,献身职教”的关键。本文试从教育内容、教育对象、教育关系三个方面入手 ,探讨加强职教师资专业道德教育的途径。With the coning of entering WTO, Chinese vocational education meets great development challenges. But the requirement of vocational education faculty is far behind the current situation. The main reason of the loss of graduates who majoring in vocational educations owes to the unsteady major thought: Thus how to develop major thought is the key of vocational education faculty major. 'Love vocational education, devoted ourself to vocational education.'The article analyses from the three aspects the content of edu, the object of edu and the relationship of edu discuss he channel of enforcing the moral edu of the vocational edu faculty.
