摘　　要：在氨基酸发酵中通常用旋风分离器分离无菌空气系统中的液滴和油滴 ,进一步将它安装在发酵罐出口 ,用来分离发酵罐出气中的汽液相 ,防止发酵液跑液 ,增加发酵罐装罐有效体积 ,每罐的装罐容量增加 10 %～ 15 %Gas separator is generally used as air filter, separating liquor and oil drips in bacterium free air system for L-isoleucine fermentation. In addition, we install it at the outlet of the fermentation tank to prevent the fermenting liquor spilling and increasing the effective volume of the tank. Experiment reveals that it increases more than 10%-15%.
