摘  要:目的:研究肺癌基因疫苗对小鼠免疫原性及对荷瘤动物的治疗作用。方法:利用逆转录病毒载体PLXSN将r-IFN基因导入人肺癌 A549细胞中,36只小鼠分6组,每只小鼠给予皮下注射0.5×104/0.2ml S180细胞分为实验各组和对照组。结果:基因疫苗组抑瘤率为83.3%,对照组抑瘤率为16.6%。结论:初步研究提示肺癌疫苗对肿瘤有明显抑制作用。ve: To investigate the effect of transgenic human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549/IFN - r as tumor vaccine on immunogenicity and inhibition of animal tumor. Method: Interferon - gamma(IFN - r)gene was introduced into human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549 and was expressed stably on the basis of the constraction of retroviral packing cell line PA317/PLXSN. Total 36 mice into six groups, each mouse was inoculated 0.5 × 104 /0.2ml S180 cells in subcutaneous.Results: The result indicated that the 83.3 percent has obtained tumor inhibition from the gene vaccine group, and control group is 16.7% only. Conclusion: The initial experiment suggested that the transgenic human lung adenocarcimoma cell vaccine A549/IFN - r is possessed of suppression effect for mouse tumor.
