鳗鱼油胶囊对三氯化铝致小鼠记忆障碍的改善作用

摘　　要：目的 :研究鳗鱼油对三氯化铝致小鼠脑记忆障碍模型的改善作用。方法 :以跳台、避暗、Y型迷宫和日式迷宫试验 ,对三氯化铝致脑记忆障碍模型小鼠的学习和记忆进行检测。结果 :鳗鱼油能明显减少跳台试验中三氯化铝 (AlCl3)脑记忆障碍模型小鼠受电击次数 ,延长 2 4h后的潜伏期 ,减少错误次数和错误频率 ;在避暗试验中 ,明显延长进入暗室的潜伏期 ;在Y型迷宫试验中 ,显著缩短到达安全区所需时间 ;在日式迷宫试验中 ,可明显缩短小鼠到达终点的时间 ,同时减少错误次数。结论 :与模型组相比较 ,鳗鱼油能明显改善AlCl3致小鼠脑记忆障碍 ,对其学习和记忆的获得、巩固和再现均有明显的增强作用 ,且低、中、高剂量组间呈现明显的量效关系。Objective: To study the effects of eel oil on brain memory obstruction model of mice induced by AlCl 3. Methods: On brain memory obstruction model of mice induced by AlCl 3, we evaluate their learning and memory abilities. Results: In step down test on brain memory obstruction model of mice induced by AlCl 3, eel oil can obviously reduce the number of electric stroke, prolong latency of mice step down, reduce wrong times and wrong frequency in the test after 24 hours, and prolong the latency of entering dark cabin in step through test; In 'Y' maze test, eel oil can remarkably reduce time to safety area; Obviously reduce time to destination and wrong times in Japanese labyrinth.Conclusion: Compared with the control test, eel oil can markedly improve brain memory obstruction model of mice induced by AlCl 3, enhance the acquirement, strengthening and reappearancdce of their learning and memory abilities. It has obvious dose effect relationship among low, middle and high dosage.
