德治与治德——论高等学校的“以德治教”

摘  要:江泽民同志提出要“以德治国”,这一治国方略运用到学校中即为“以德治教”。高校学生是祖国未来事业的接班人,其道德素质如何,关系到未来国民的素质。但当前高校德育教育中还存在一些问题,因此必须改进和加强德育工作,提高高校德育工作的实效性:关注受教育者的现实生活,增加可操作性;运用多种教育方式和科学的教育评价制度;构建德育教育的个性化特征;注意培养良好的德育环境。Comrade Jiang Ze-min put forward that we must rule a country by virtue. Applied to the schooling, the theory means ruling education by virtue. College students are successors to the coming cause of motherland. The present virtual level of college students is the key to the quality of the future people. But now, moral education in institution of higher education still exists some problems, we must improve and strengthen the work of moral education so as to raise its efficiency:paying close attention to the real life of students in order to increase its operability; applying all sorts of educational ways and scientific educational evaluation systems;structuring individual characteristic of moral education; paying attention to foster a good envioronment of moral education.
