衡水市初级中学教育现状及成因——初中实施素质教育的思考之一

摘　　要：通过对衡水市区初级中学的问卷调查得知:现在初中学校对学生进行素质教育还只停留在口头上,应试教育仍很盛行,学生课业负担沉重,综合素质不高,体质下降,教师也身心疲惫,教育状况堪忧。其主要原因是陈旧的人才观、落后的学生观、传统的教学观及现行升学体制、用人机制在作怪。Through the questionnaire investigation of the junior middle schools in Taocheng District of Hengshui City, we have surprisingly found that for quality education in middle schools it is easier said than done and exam - oriented education is still popular. We witness poor comprehensive quality and the bad physical conditions of the overloaded students. Teachers are in a state of exhaustion. The present situation is quite serious. It results from the dated views of talents, backward views of students, the traditional teaching views, the current system of entering a higher school and unreasonable systems of employing persons.
