关于“广州大学城”建设若干问题的再思考

摘　　要：建设广州大学城是关系到广州社会经济长远发展的重大工程，在市政府已经确定了大学城的选址，并完成概念规划工作后，如何实现大学城建设的目标，仍然有许多问题急待研究。２００１－２００５年是广州大学城建设的关键期，本文拟就大学城建设的“教育特区”理念以及大学城如何吸引大学问题进行探讨。The construction of' Guangzhou College Town' is a grand project which has an important bearing on the city's social development and economic growth in the long run.Although the municipal government has decided on the preferable location of the Town,and has completed the conceptual planning of the project,it is high time to deal with many relevant problems in order to attain the goal. Discussed in this paper are the following points: the vital importance of the period of time from 2001 to 2005;the 'Special Educational Zone'conception in the construction of the 'College Town';the tactics of how to attract the universities and colleges that intend to move in.
