摘　　要：高校学报是高层次的学术刊物。“树精品形象 ,创名优期刊”是高校学报永恒的追求。创办精品期刊 ,学报必须严把政治标准关 ;千方百计提高学报的学术质量 ;严格执行编排规范。The journal in the higher learning institutions is the high level academic issue. 'Establish the excellent-brand image and creating the best journal' is the constantly targeted subject in higher educational institutions. The journal should match current political criteria,improving the academic quality and carrying strictly out the editing standard.
