O形圈农机传动用滚子链的耐磨性研究

摘　　要：通过 O形圈农机滚子链和普通滚子链的台架对比磨损试验 ,研究了两种链条的磨损机制 ,微观分析表明 ,对于销轴和套筒铰链摩擦副而言 ,O形圈链条是以疲劳磨损为主 ,伴随着磨粒磨损 ;普通滚子链是以粘着磨损为主 ,伴随着磨粒磨损。对于 O形圈和链板平面摩擦副而言 ,其磨损机制是以疲劳磨损为主。The transmission roller chains with O type rubber hermetic rings is a new style of roller chains, which has the special features of the additional O type rings and the lubricating grease poured in advance in the hinge pair of bushes and bearing pins compared with a conventional roller chains. The wearing mechanisms of both the new and a conventional roller chain were experimentally investigated. The microstructure analysis showed that the main wearing characteristic of hinge pair of bushes and bearing pins of the O type ring roller chains was stress fatigue wear, together with abrasive wear; the main wear characteristic of the conventional one was abhesive wear, together with abrasive wear. The existing problems of home made O type ring chains were analyzed.
