摘　　要：教学资源库建设存在如何对库存资源进行分类、如何发动学科教师积极参与、如何有利于教与学以及如何做到资源共享等问题。加强资源库的检索与导航功能、完善组合平台、发展积件库、制定必要的政策与规定对解决存在的问题有重要意义。In the building of instructional data bank, there are some problems, for example, how the data in the bank are classified, how the subject teachers are aroused to participate actively, and how the data are shared? It is of great significance for solving the problems that the searches and navigation are strengthened, the combinatorial implemental software is perfected, the integral ware bank is developed, and the essential policies are established.
