摘　　要：论述了国内外大豆磷脂的开发状况。针对目前国内磷脂生产中存在的问题,着重介绍了我院磷脂工业化生产优化设计的新工艺设备的特点及技术优势,并就中等规模的炼油厂推荐了相应的磷脂开发方案。The paper reviewed domestic and international developments of soybean lecithin manufacturing. The problems encountered in lecithin processing were also summarized.It mainly focuses on well designed lecithin processing equipment and advanced technology recently developed by our institute.A recommended project of lecithin manufacturing for medium sized oil refining plant was included.
