摘 要:试验对高水分玉米进行 4种处理 :(1)加乳酸菌 ;(2 )加质量分数为 1%混合酸 ;(3)加质量分数为 1%氢氧化钠 ;(4)加质量分数为 1%氨。同时设置两个对照处理 :(1)好氧对照 ;(2 )厌氧对照。试验结果表明 :4种处理对高水分玉米储藏效果都有一定程度的改善 ;但对储藏后高水分玉米有机物质的消化率并无改善。加乳酸菌的处理有提高乳酸菌数量和降低pH值的趋势 ;而加混合酸的处理的干物质回收率有所提高 ;加氢氧化钠处理虽然能提高乳酸菌和酵母菌的数量 ,但储藏后有异味 ;加入氨不但能提高非蛋白氮含量 。Four treatments (+lactobacillus; +1% mixed acid; +NaOH and +1% NH 3) and two controls (anaerobic; aerobic) were used to study the fermentation parameters and in vitro digestibility of high-moisture corn. The results showed that all the treatments could improve the storage quality of high-moisture corn, but had no improvement on the digestibility of organic matters (OM). The treatment of +lactobacillus had a tendency of increasing the number of lactobacillus and lowering the pH. The treatment of +mixed acid could increase the recovery of dry matters. The treatment of + NH 3 could raise the content of non-protein nitrogen and increase the number of lactobacillus and yeast as well. Although + NaOH could add the number of lactobacillus and yeast, there was unpleasant odor.
