摘 要:在实验室条件下,采用不同的化学方法预处理的秸杆对其纤维素酶解效率影响的顺序为:强碱>石灰>氨化>未处理;高温>常温;水洗脱木素>未水洗。在一定的酶浓度下,提高底物浓度采用较低的酶解温度并延长酶解时间,可获得较高的糖浓度和提高糖化率。利用纤维素对纤维素酶的吸附——解吸特性,通过间断抽吸糖液和等量稀释,同时添加定量底物,所建立的纤维素酶循环有限连续酶解工艺,是一种耗酶量少而高效糖化综纤维的简易可行工艺。Under the condition of laboratory, the straw treated with the different methods of chemistry has different effects on the cellulase hydrolysis of efficiency. The suggested order is: alkali>lime>ammoniation>not deal with; high temperature>normal temperature; washing to take off the lignin>not washing. Under the certain cellulase density, by raising the bottom thing density and lowing the temperature and prolonging cellulase hydrolysis time, higher sugar density can be attained and the saccharification rate can be improved. By making use of the cellulose to the specific property of cellulases absorption-no absorption, disconnecting aspirating sugar liquid and dilute equally, at the same time, adding the bottom thing of fixed quantity, we have established a kind of technology of the limited continuous cellulase hydrolysis of circulation. It is a simple and workable technology of consuming little cellulase and the higher efficiency saccharification avicel.
