论构建中国特色企业文化理论的生长点

摘　　要：构建中国特色社会主义企业文化的理论生长点包括三个方面：毛泽东为党确立的人民服务的根本宗旨，职工参与民主管理的制度，调动职工生产积极性的思想。毛泽东在领导中国人民几十年经济建设的实践中，积累了宝贵经验，但目前人们对此问题的认识确有误区，一种是适时论，一种是过时论。破除思想认识上的误区，才能使毛泽东思想在构建中国特色社会主义企业文化中展现光彩。The growth points of building enterprise culture theory with Chinese characteristics includes three aspects: the basie aim of 'serving the people' proposed by Mao Ze-dong for CPC; the democratic administrative system with the participation of staff; the idea of bringing all staff's initiatives into play. In the past several decade practice, Mao Led Chinese people for economic construction, which accumulated valuable experience, but there are some wrong ideas about it, one considers it contemprory, the other considers it outmoded. Only If we correct the above wrong ideas can Mao Zedong thought show its splendour.
