摘　　要：企业盈利能力不如盈利成长能力 ,企业盈利成长能力不如可持续盈利成长能力。因此 ,研究可持续盈利能力对企业具有十分重要的意义。本文结合企业成长战略管理实践 ,分析了企业普遍存在的资本依赖、过度负债、管理弱化、创新停滞、成长失调等五大陷阱。并探讨了增强企业可持续盈利成长能力的主要途径。The earning growth ability can better describe the earnings behavior of firms than the earning ability and the sustainable earning growth is even more appropriate.The study on the sustainable earning growth ability plays an important role when we analyze a company.Combining the practice of enterprises management of growth strategy,this essay studies the five traps which commonly exit in the firms,the capital dependent,Ability transition,stagnation of innovation and imbalance of growth.It is ended with some means to reinforce the sustainable earning growth ability.
