摘　　要：本文在陈叔平的“以抛物线为特殊积分曲线的二次系统的极限环”一文的基础上将其进行改进和优化,给出了在各种情形下易于验证且优于该文的极限环存在的充要条件,同时给出了在各种情形下易于判别极限环不存在的充分条件。This paper presents the sufficient and necessary condition for the existence of the limit cycles which are easier to be proved and better than that in Chen Shuping's paper 'The limit cycles for quadratic systems with a parabolic the spceial mtegral curve' under various circumstances. And a group of sufficiten conditions for discriminating the unexistence of limit cycles in different cases is also given.
