论晚唐的牛李党争

摘　　要：牛李党争是晚唐历史上的重大事件,对当时社会生活的各个方面都有重大影响。传统认为,党争的焦点是对进士科的态度,牛党重进士科,李党重门第,李党是反动的,牛党是进步的,因此,关于两党的评价是偏牛非李。笔者认为,传统观点有失偏颇,本文就牛李党争的焦点,两党的社会基础以及评价作一探讨。The strife between the Niu group and the Li group was a great event during the Late Tang Dynasty.It had a deep impact on all sides of the social life.In the opinions of the tradition,the focus of their strife is on the attitude towards the Imperial Examination.The Niu group laid particular stress on the examination,while the Li group stressed on the social and economic status.The former is progressive,the later is backward.Therefore,to the evaluation of the two groups,the tra- ditionai approve of the Niu group.However,in this article,the author doesn't think the traditional opinions are definitely right.The article will give you a new inquiry about the focus of strife,the social foundation of them and the evaluation of the two groups.
